Tirane (Alpha Centauri)
Latest news in from  reports unconfirmed sightings of a large human like beast covered in hair, living in the wild. New Chicago is a small timber products town located in the rough foothills of the White Spine Mountains near the New Canberra and Ameratsu borders. Like most of Tirania, New Chicago has experienced an economic downturn in the past decade. However the town is going through a boom as American, Australian and Japanese tourist flock to experience the first ‘bigfoot’ sightings reported off earth.

Local Peace Commissioner Peter Roget has dismissed claims that the sightings are a mere hoax, “I saw the creature with my own eyes. I swear it was real... real ugly too and what a stench.” Apparently the creature resembles the typical ‘bigfoot’ appearance of being over two meters tall and covered in hair. Like most ‘bigfoots’ reported it is extremely elusive.

Psychologists and Anthropologist have dismissed the sightings, pointing to the lack of any physically comparable species native to Tirane and 350 years of psychological evidence of cryptozoology witnesses on Earth... (Worlds News Weekly)
